We Are Responsible In The Following Cases

• If you receive a damaged product
  → Refund or Replacement option available

• If you receive a wrong product
  → Refund or Replacement option available

• If you want to replace the delivered item with another design
  → Customer must bear both forward and return shipping charges

• If any item is missing from the parcel
  → Refund or Re-delivery option available

• Replacement processing may take 7 to 10 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• All the above conditions are applicable only if you contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.

• Do not accept the parcel if it appears damaged, torn, or unsealed from the outside.

• You may call us immediately at the time of delivery if you notice any issue.

• Please record a short unboxing video and take clear photos of the parcel, box, and shipping label for proof and your own safety.

• Without the unboxing video and photos, no Return or Refund claim will be accepted.

We Are Not Responsible In The Following Cases

• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

• In case of Express Delivery (Air Shipment):

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in any scenario

  • Only the product price will be refunded if the item is damaged internally

• Jyoti Creation and courier companies are separate entities.
  Any delay after dispatch or non-serviceable area issues are beyond our control (applicable for both standard and express shipping).

• For refunds or design replacements, the customer must bear all courier charges, including return and reshipping costs.

• During festive seasons, packing and delivery timelines may increase.

• Most of our products are completely handmade, hence minor variations in color, design, size, or finish may occur. This is not considered a defect.

• Topor / Mukut products are made of Shola material.
  If minor elements like stones or laces come loose during transit, they can be easily fixed using Fevicol only.
  ❌ Do not use Fevikwik or Dendrite.

Increase in Courier Charges (Volumetric Weight)

• Many of our products are lightweight but occupy large box space for safe delivery.
  Courier charges are calculated based on volumetric weight, not actual weight.

• In such cases, additional courier charges may apply.
  You may contact us before placing the order for exact charges.

Example – Topor Packaging

• Actual Weight: ~500 grams

• Box Dimensions: 40 × 26 × 26 cm

Volumetric Weight Calculation:
40 × 26 × 26 = 27040 ÷ 5000 = 5.4 kg (charged as 6 kg)

Courier charges will be applied on 6 kg, being the higher weight.

• Delivery Timelines:

  • Kolkata Orders: 2 to 5 days (depending on product)

  • Outside Kolkata: 7 to 20 days (depending on product)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in selected pincodes of Kolkata.
