(A) Delivery and Shipping Policy

• Currently, Next Day Delivery Facility is available only within Kolkata.
  We plan to expand this service across India soon.

• Express Shipping is available on selected products.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is available only in Kolkata.

• Some exclusive handmade products such as (Brass or Copper Utensils, Topor, Patashir, Wooden Jhula, Singhaasan, etc.) may take:

  • 3 to 6 days for delivery within Kolkata

  • 15 to 30 days for delivery outside Kolkata

• During festive seasons such as Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri, Durga Puja, Diwali, and other festivals, delivery timelines may extend to:

  • 3 to 5 days within Kolkata

  • 15 to 20 days outside Kolkata due to high demand

• Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Order value

  • Delivery location

  • Time of order

• Additional shipping charges may apply to exclusive handmade or bulky products.

• Once an order is dispatched from our end, any delay caused by the courier or logistics partner is beyond our control.
  Jyoti Creation or its executives will not be responsible for such delays.

• No refunds will be issued for delays in shipment caused by courier services.
  Customers are requested to contact the respective delivery partner for further assistance.

  • Debit / Credit Cards

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Kolkata.
